Implementation of the method:
HTML_QuickForm_html elements are used to directly add HTML to the form output.
Thus they are useful with the Default renderer, but not with template-based one. Default renderer
is currently the only one actually implementing this method, all others silently ignore
HTML_QuickForm_html elements.
